Function Room Hire

After its re-development, Rose Cottage was restored and transformed into a hireable Function Room. This space is ideal for meetings, events, and group activities, accommodating up to 50 people or being split into two smaller rooms. Accessible from the patio area, it includes tables and chairs, underfloor heating, adjustable lighting, and WiFi. The room also has full disabled access, including toilet facilities, and a tea urn can be provided upon request for hot drinks.

The Function Room can be booked by the hour, half-day, full day, or for extended periods, and is available year-round. Hire costs vary based on the status of the business, organisation, or charitable group. Bookings are subject to availability and terms and conditions, with a booking form required for all reservations. Baby showers, Christening Celebrations & Parties

The Function Room is perfect for special events like baby showers, Christenings, wakes, or birthday parties.

Available to book by the hour, the room comes as a blank space for you to decorate. For an additional cost, our events decorator, Sarah, can arrange full or partial decoration before your arrival.

Catering can be provided by ‘The Garden’ Café, or you can bring your own with prior consent. Please note, we do not offer refrigeration or food storage/preparation space for outside catering.
